Employees of garment trader looted of Rs 65L, thrashed

Two employees of a garment trader were allegedly robbed of Rs 65 lakh at gunpoint by unidentified men in the Kailash Nagar area of East Delhi’s Gandhi Nagar area on Monday morning.

Sources said that the incident took place at 11 am in the Kailash Nagar area near a police chowki when three unidentified bike-borne assailants came and intercepted the two employees who were riding on their scooty after collecting payments.

Sources further said that a crowd gathered when the two employees were allegedly thrashed by the group when they tried to resist the robbery attempt.
