E-Traverse app launched in Nadia

Nadia district administration has come up with a mobile app that will help to get facts about the forthcoming Assembly elections.

The app has been named as E-Traverse. Using the app people can know the location of the polling booth where they have to go to cast their votes. It will also show the shortest route from the user’s location to his/her polling booth.

The app will also help the users to the locations from where they can easily get an ambulance and the places where there will be police camps. In case of any trouble or emergency they can easily reach to the places after identifying the locations using the app. 

The app has been launched at the Circuit House in Nadia on Saturday.

Besides helping common people, the officials who will be working during the election can also use the app to know various facts. 

It will help them to minimise the time the officials will take to reach a place to ensure free and fair elections.
