DUTA gears up for polls

In order to elect its new president and executive members, the Delhi University Teachers’ Association (DUTA) will go to polls on 29 August. Around 10,000 teachers are expected to vote.
DUTA president Amar Deo Sharma said, ‘The elections will be held in the atmosphere where the university administration has refused to enter into any dialogue with the
representative body.’
