DUSU polls to be held on 13 Sept

Delhi University has announced the date for the Delhi University Students Union (DUSU) elections. The DUSU election for 2013-14 is scheduled to be held on 13 September.
According to University sources, the receipt of nomination papers will end on by 3 p.m on 4 September. Nomination papers will be scrutinised till 3.15 pm and the list of nominated candidates will be published by 5 pm.
The final list will be displayed on 6 September at 5pm. Nomination papers for DUSU will have to be submitted to the office of the chief election officer.
Gurpreet Singh Tuteja, deputy dean students welfare, said, 'Polling will be held between 8.30 am and 12.30 pm for morning colleges and 3 pm to 7 pm for evening colleges.'
