DU’s students’ union holds campus tree planting drive

The Delhi University Students Union (DUSU) organised a tree planting drive at the DUSU complex located in Faculty of Arts, University of Delhi. The plantation drive was part of the enhancing the green cover region in the Delhi university campus and was attended by more than one hundred students, faculty members and administrative staff of the university.  Rohit Choudhary, national president, National Student Union of India (NSUI) applauded the students who supported event. DUSU office bearers, Arun Hooda (president), Varun Khari (vice president), Varun Chaudhary (secretary) and Raveena Choudhary (joint secretary) were the part of the event and the special attendees included Balram Jakhar, MP, ex-Loksabha speaker and Oscar Fernandez, general secretary, of NSUI.
