DU releases 7th cut-off list

In order to fill up vacant seats in various courses, the Delhi University on Tuesday released the seventh cut-off list for vacant seats. The latest list saw a marginal dip in the cut-off which ranged between 83 to 88 per cent. 

Most of the colleges have closed admission in popular courses like Economics (Hons) and BCom (Hons). However, seats in BA and BCom programmes are still up for a grab in many colleges.

Gargi College has sought 88.50 per cent for History (Hons), 92.25 per cent for BCom (P) and 84.5 for BA (P). The cut -off at Shivaji College is 91 per cent for BCom (P) and 82.5 for BA (P).  At Shyam Lal College, for BCom (Hons) course, seats are available at 89.50 per cent and 87 for English (Hons). At Shaheed 

Bhagat Singh College, History (Hons) is available for 83 per cent, a drop of 2 per cent from sixth cut-off. Ramjas College has put up 93.5 per cent for admission to English (Hons). It is interesting to note that Ramjas College had closed admission for the sixth cut-off list. Miranda has asked for 94.5 per cent for History (Hons). 

Meanwhile, Sri Ram College in the North Campus has closed admissions for all courses. At Hanraj College, the cut-off for SC and ST category students is 84 for Economics and 77.5 per cent for BCom (Hons). At Kirori Mal College, the cut-off for the course is 86 and 74  per cent for SC and ST students, respectively for Economics (Hons).
