With Aussies practising on the fifth-day after their humiliating loss in the Hyderabad Test, Clarke said that batting on a fifth day track may help.
‘It gives you more experience in these conditions. The practice on a match pitch that we played on can be a positive for the batting unit. But it doesn’t guarantee success you do everything you can to prepare well, but it doesn’t guarantee success.’
