Display boards stating lease deed to be put up in Noida

Display boards clearly stating the reservations and facilities these institutions are supposed to provide will be put up as presently most of them are not catering to the poor and farmers families as per lease terms, said Additional Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) Rajesh Prakash today at a meeting.

DCEO Soumaya Srivastava, Chief Project Engineer, Chief Maintenance Engineer, project engineers and tehsildar who were also present at the meeting, are being ordered to submit <g data-gr-id="33">report</g> in the matter by August 3.

ACEO directed the project engineers to identify <g data-gr-id="23">vacant</g>? commercial plots which could be allotted to villagers.

PEs were further directed to display deed terms of hospitals a and school outside these institutions falling under their area. Terms related to reservation and facilities for farmers and poor people should be clearly mentioned. This will prevent violations of lease deed terms and farmers and poor people will be benefited.

Display Board size is 10 feet by 15 feet and writing should be clear and easily readable. Further, it was decided to remove <g data-gr-id="19">road side</g> encroachments from sector 37 road near Botanical garden which leads to <g data-gr-id="28">church</g>.
