Digvijay, Lahiri and Jeev make cut in Korea

Three Indians, including Digvijay Singh, Anirban Lahiri and Jeev Mikha Singh made the cut at the Ballantine's Championship while six others missed out, here on Friday.
Digvijay, who achieved his maiden win at the Panasonic Open India last month, was the best among Indians with rounds of 73 and 70 for a total of one-under 143 and in tied 19th place.
Lahiri, winner of the SAIL-SBI Open this season, had rounds of 71 and 73 was even par 144 and tied 29th while Jeev had a round of 74 following his first round 72. He was tied 49th.
Himmat Rai (79-70), Jyoti Randhawa (76-74), SSP Chowrasia (74-76), Sujjan Singh (77-74), Shiv Kapur (76-75), Chiragh Kumar (83-75) missed the cut.
Austria's Bernd Wiesberger surged to the top of the leaderboard with a flawless seven-under 65 to seize the second round lead.
Wiesberger posted a two-day total of seven-under-par 137 to take a slender shot lead over 2010 Ballantine's Championship winner Marcus Fraser of Australia who returned with a 67 at the Blackstone Golf Club.
Sweden's Oscar Floren is a further shot back in third place on 139 while Spain's Miguel Angel Jimenez is tied for fourth alongside England's Anthony Wall and Chile?s Felipe Aguilar on 140.
Thailand's Thongchai Jaidee is among the eight players that include England's Ian Poulter who are five shots back of Wiesberger in tied-11th place.
