Singer-actress Demi Lovato continues to inspire fans with her positive messages about body image.
This time, dressed in a bikini, she has shared a photograph with fans. On Friday, the 22-year-old shared on her Instagram page a photograph of herself laying on a towel in a colorful bikini, reports eonline.com.
“Regardless of what society tells you these days...You don’t have to have a thigh gap to be beautiful,” she said.
“It is possible to love your body the way it is. #fitness #health #acceptance #selflove.” Lovato has struggled with eating disorders in the past, but made a resolution at the start of 2015 to take care of her body. “It’s all about loving and taking care of the only body you will ever have... Cherish it, love it, embrace it.. Because when you do.. It begins to show,” she wrote on Instagram in January.
