Woman robbed at gunpoint in IFFCO Chowk

A woman professional was robbed at a gunpoint by two robbers at IFFCO Chowk on Monday.
The men robbed the woman at around 8:30 pm, a time where there is heavy traffic in the area.
According to the police, the robbers at first tried to force the woman to given her valuables to her, however, when she started shouting, the robbers pointed a country made pistol at her to causing further fear.
The victim, identified as Chandresh Nandani, works for a telecom operator whose company is located in Udyog Vihar.
She was returning to her residence at Sector -30 in an auto when the incident occurred.
The robbers took her purse that contained Rs 1,500 and her credit and debit cards along with her smartphone.
A complaint has been filed at the DLF Phase-2 police station under relevant sections. The police have not been able to catch hold of the criminals yet.
