Woman molested, one arrested

New Delhi: A man who was working in a woman saloon was arrested after he allegedly molested a 26-year-old woman in north-west Delhi's Ashok Vihar. The CCTV there was scanned and the accused was arrested, police said.

According to police, the matter came to fore on Saturday afternoon when the girl approached the cops and informed them that she had gone to get a spa done at a beauty salon near her house when in the middle of it, a man allegedly molested her.

She told the cops that she went up to the manager of the salon and informed her about what had happened. But instead of helping her or asking the male staffer to behave, they asked the woman to move out instead, she claimed. Police said that they registered a case and arrested a youth.
