UP CM inaugurates other major infra projects

Greater Noida: The day was even more important as apart from the inauguration of Noida-Greater Noida metro line, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath also inaugurated few other major infrastructure projects built by Noida authority with a total cost of Rs 284.33 crore while foundation stone for three important projects to be built with a cost of Rs 1165.28 crore was laid.

Among the projects which were kick started by the CM, a six-lane bridge over the Yamuna River at Kalindi Kunj, parallel to the exiting one, was inaugurated by the CM. The project, built at a cost of Rs 119. 95 crore is aimed to decongest the Kalindi Kunj bridge and to provide seamless traffic flow for commuters travelling to Delhi.

The other projects included a Dada-Dadi park at sector 62, Traffic Park at sector 108, widening of bridge at Shahdra drain, a command control room in sector 94 and Shilp Haat in sector 33 area of Noida.

Apart from these, the CM also laid foundation stone for a 5.5 km-long elevated road between Chilla Regulator and Mahamaya Flyover along Shahdara drain which will connect Mayur Vihar Phase-I with Mahamaya Flyover on the Noida- Greater Noida Expressway. Foundation stones for two other important projects were also laid which included an elevated road at Dadri-Surajpur-Noida route from Agahpur village from to NSEZ and underpass at sector 71-72 intersection. The inauguration and foundation stone laying ceremony was held at Depot Station in Greater Noida where the CM reached by the new metro after inauguration of Aqua line metro corridor.

Later the CM headed towards sector Ecotech-6 in Greater Noida where he allotted 100 acres of land for the construction of TEGNA electronic cluster private limited.
