The first incident was reported on Saturday when the police received a PCR call informing them of a stabbing incident.
The victim identified as Bijender, who had set up an eatery in Jahangirpuri area.
He was taken to the local hospital by the police where he was declared brought dead.
The police have registered a case of murder and said they have not recovered the weapons of offense.
The police have claimed that after talking to the relatives of the deceased, that Bijender must have been killed over personal enmity.
Sources have claimed that a person, Vicky Kumar, had a confrontation with the deceased a few days ago.

Her husband Ashu Pal, during the writing of this report, was found and the police have claimed to look into the matter from all angles, even though sources have hinted that her husband is the primary suspect in the case.
"We are looking for the accused in the case. The family has alleged that the husband used to fight regularly with the deceased. Once we apprehend him, the facts will come to light," said a police official.
