Tiwari: CM didn't want benefits of Ayushman to reach Delhiites
New Delhi: Addressing the Resident welfare associations (RWAs) Office bearers in North East Delhi,
Delhi BJP President Manoj Tiwari said that one cannot understand why the Chief Minister of Delhi does not want that the benefits of Prime Minister
Narender Modi's Ayushman Bharat Yojana should reach to lakhs of people of Delhi.
Manoj Tiwari said that lakhs of people have been benefitted by the Aayushman Bharat Yojna initiated by the Central Government for crores of poor people but by not implementing it in Delhi Arvind Kejriwal has deprived lakhs of people of getting treatment even for serious illness.
He said, "One can understand but playing with the lives of lakhs of needy people will prove costly for Kejriwal Government. The people will give him a befitting reply in 2019 Loksabha Elections."
Delhi BJP's Jhuggi-Jhopdi Cell, Media and Social Media Department and IT Department initiated a public awareness campaign to apprise the people about free Medical Treatment up to Rs. five lakh under Aayushman Bharat Yojna amongst the J J Dwellers by holding swasthya suvidha camp in Khera Village of Seemapur.
Jhuggi-Jhopdi Cell Convener Umesh Verma said that if any member of an ordinary family suddenly falls
ill then it becomes very expensive for
the family to get that member treated and sometimes it goes beyond their capacity.
