Three held for kidnapping, police rescue child in 30 hrs

New Delhi: Within 30 hours of the abduction, Delhi Police recovered a one and a half-month-old child from the clutches of the kidnappers.
Police said that they have arrested three accused in the case who are vagabonds.
The accused were identified as Vishal (23), Fatima (28) and Rekha (40).
According to police, one baby girl was reported kidnapped from Vijay Vihar area on Friday around 9 am while she was playing outside her home.
A case under Section 363 IPC was registered on the complaint of her father who works as a carpenter and investigation was started soon after.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Rohini) Rishipal stated that they formed six teams and the family neither have any photograph of the baby girl nor have any clue.
CCTV cameras of the locality were also scanned.
Search operation of the area was carried out which resulted in the safe rescue of the baby girl from her kidnappers.
