Three arrested for two murders in North East Delhi

New Delhi: The back to back murders happened this year in October in North East Delhi was solved by Shahdara district police. Police claimed that they have arrested three men in this regard.
According to police the accused were identified as Rashid, Golu and Rashid. They are named in the two murder cases in North East District Bhajanpura and Jaffrabad. Recently, on October 22, 2017, in two incidents two persons were shot dead on the same day in the jurisdiction of North-East District. In the area of PS Jafrabad where Wazid was shot. He died on the spot.
On the same day after that one Arif Hussain was shot in the area of PS Bhajanpura. He also died on the spot. A massive manhunt was launched by the police to find the shooters. Several teams from North-East District, Crime Branch, and Special Cell were formed to nab the culprits but they were evading their arrest. Sources claimed that Krishna Nagar police team were on the search of an accused who were involved in the murder in their jurisdiction in which they nabbed them during interrogation they came to know that they were involved in the murder case of Jaffarabad and Bhajanpura.
DCP (Shahdara) Nupur Prasad said that a riad was conducting on the suspects at Sambhal, UP after a tip-off. A source information was received regarding the presence of the persons in Sambhal, UP only. On this information, a raid was conducted and the team was successful in nabbing them.
