Suspecting affair, woman kills husband

Gurugram: The Gurugram police on Monday arrested a woman along with six persons for their involvement in the murder of cab driver Joginder Singh whose body was recovered near Bajghera. According to the law enforcement officials, they have also arrested Joginder's wife Sweetie who along with six of her accomplices had hatched a plot to kill her husband.

The cause of the murder was the suspicion that the Joginder (35) had an affair with another woman and that he was planning to marry her. Sweetie feared that her husband may also transfer the ancestral property in the name of his lover.

She contacted her distant relatives for carrying out the crime. A resident of Sheetla colony, Joginder was near his house on January 15 and on the same day he was stabbed to death. His body was then dumped near Bajghera four days after a formal complaint of his missing was lodged by his relatives.

The cops are trying to find out if more suspects are involved in murder case.
