With their arrest, 13 cases of robbery, theft and snatchings have been worked out. He further claimed that on the intervening night of December 1-2, a PCR call regarding robbery and carjacking of an Alto car was received at Sarojini Nagar police station.

Murlidhar, driver of the car, informed that at about midnight when he was taking a rest in his cab after dropping the customer, three persons aged about 20-25 years robbed his car, mobile phone, a purse containing ATM card and cash Rs 5,000 at gunpoint.

"After robbing, the cab driver's hands were tied with the help of a piece of cloth and he was thrown out of the car near Sarai Kale Khan bus terminal," the DCP said.
