Sharpshooter held for killing businessman

New Delhi: Delhi Police on Wednesday arrested a sharp shooter of Chhenu Pahalwan gang. The investigating agency said that the accused was involved in murder case happened in the year 2017.

Police said that on September 24 they nabbed the accused identified as Rahul alias Nitin at the instance of informer. One country made pistol along with 3 live cartridges was recovered from his possession. Deputy Commissioner of Police (east) Jasmeet Singh said that the accused along with his associated Mukhtiyar, Noni and Dishant shot dead one businessman in the year 2017. The accused fired more then 20 rounds on the businessman.

DCP East said that besides this, Rahul was found involved in five hurt cases of Madhu Vihar and Mandawali police stations. " The accused was evading his arreste. Later the criminal was declared PO by the court," said Singh.
