SDMC Mayor conducts surprise inspection at various places

New Delhi: SDMC Mayor Narendra Chawla on Thursday conducted surprise inspection at various places. During inspection, Chawla gave a patient hearing to the residents and issued on the spot suitable instructions to the officers concerned and asked them to implement instructions in stipulated period. The Mayor further asked the Additional Commissioner and the Deputy Commissioner to ensure the communicated works to be carried out on priority basis. He further said that the residents can apprise the local councilor about their problems. The Mayor stated that the suggestions for improvement of civic amenities are welcome.
