Ryan case: CBI obtains fingerprints of juvenile

Gurugram: The Central Bureau of Investigation on Tuesday obtained the fingerprints of the juvenile who is accused by the premier investigating agency of murdering Pradyuman on September 8. The process was carried out in the child correction home in Faridabad. The team from the investigating agency took the fingerprints under the observation of the accused family as was directed by the Juvenile Justice Board.
A crucial hearing will be held on Wednesday where the Juvenile Justice Board will take up the matter of the juvenile being tried as an adult. On December 15, the bail application of the juvenile was rejected and the cold-blooded murder case of Pradyuman took a new dimension after the CBI trashed the probe by the Gurgaon police and gave a clean chit to bus conductor Ashok Kumar, who was arrested with the charges of murder and sexual assault in connection with the case, and arrested the juvenile
On November 8, two months after the gruesome killing of 7-year-old Pradyuman in the washroom of Ryan International School, Bhondsi, CBI made a shocking revelation that a Class XI student was involved in the murder.
Earlier, the CBI had arrested 42-year-old bus conductor in the incident. He presently has been granted bail and is recuperating from his illness.
