Robbery: Father-son duo arrested

A father-son team who were involved in a string of robbery cases were nabbed in Mongolpuri area on Saturday by Delhi Police.

Upon the raid, Rs two lakh cash, fifty-four stolen android mobiles, along with eleven laptops were recovered.

According to police, both of them are reportedly history sheeters and have been involved in a spate of robbery incidents in Sultanpuri area.

On the basis of information and instance of informer, the police laid a trap on Saturday.

The accused at first denied the crime intially and defended themselves but they later accepted it as well as revealed their identity, Subhash and Nand Kishore.

On further interrogation, they disclosed that they used to buy the stolen mobile phones and laptops from small pick-pocketers and then further sold them in higher prices and live a lavish lifestyle.

Nand Kishore confessed his other crimes of robbery, selling of drugs, arms act, theft, pick-pocketing and house-theft among his crimes.
