Rashmi Singh takes charge as Secy in NDMC

New Delhi: Rashmi Singh, an officer from the Indian Administrative Service had taken over the charge of Secretary in New Delhi Municipal Council from Chanchal Yadav.

Prior to this assignment, Singh had served in various capacities such as Director (Welfare) in New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), Director(Mission Convergence) in Delhi government. And most importantly, she had served in the Union Government as Executive Director, National Mission for Empowerment of Women in Ministry of Women and Child, Government of India.
