Police bust gang targeting farmhouses in Fatehpur Beri

New Delhi: Delhi Police on Tuesday busted a gang who targeted farmhouses in Fatehpur Beri and Neb Sarai area in South Delhi. Deputy Commissioner of Police (South) Vijay Kumar said that on April 15, while acting on a tip-off, the police team nabbed Yasin Khan and one receiver Sazid Malik (29). Accused revealed that he along with his family members had committed several burglaries in farmhouses in the area of Maidangarhi and Fatehpurberi police station. The accused was previously involved in more than 11 cases of murder and burglary. "They mostly targeted isolated farmhouses in South Delhi area," police said.
