Pilot's wife found hanging

New Delhi: Mystery shrouded the death of a 35-year-old woman who was found hanging at her residence in South Delhi's Hauz Khas area. Police is probing the case from all angles.

Sources claimed that the incident was reported a week ago when the woman was found hanging from the ceiling fan. Police is probing the reason behind the incident.

The 35-year-old victim lived with her husband who is a pilot living in Hauz Khas area. Police personnel were also trying to ascertain whether the victim was a doctor working in a private hospital.

Sources claimed that the PCR call was received from the house after the police team rushed to the spot and found the victim hanging from the fan. She was rushed to a hospital where she was declared brought dead.

Police sources claimed that they were probing from several angles whether she was unhappy due to some reason or any disturbance was there in her life. "It will be too early to say the reason behind such extreme step as probe is going on," said a police source. The police were also probing that if any recent argument had taken place between the victim with any other person.

No suicide note was recovered from the spot, leaving the police clueless about the extreme step. The body was sent to postmortem and then handed to family members. Police are waiting for the report to get the exact reason behind her death.

Family members have been questioned by the cops to get few clues about the incident. Sources claimed that the family members were also not knowing the reason behind taking such extreme step. The family had been living in the area for several months.
