PCR team saves man's life

NEW DELHI: It was the quick and apt response from the police PCR team of Dwarka that saved the life of a man who attempted suicide. The PCR team which was in the night duty on 28 December rushed to the spot within seconds of receiving the call. MPV staff reached the spot within 1 minute and on the spot found that one person aged around 28 years was lying on floor of the house in the unconscious state under the influence of alcohol. It was also revealed that he attempted suicide by hanging himself but his wife managed to get him down and made a PCR Call.

The person who attempted suicide was unconscious and struggling for breath. Without wasting time, Constable Vikas Kumar checked his pulse rate and immediately gave CPR to the victim on the spot and saved his life.
