One person died and at least three were injured in a road accident here early on Monday, said the fire services department.
The accident occurred at the Ghazipur flyover in east Delhi around 5 a.m. on Monday when a tempo rammed a truck, according to an official.
The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Ram Baksh and the injured have been moved to Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, the official said.
"A truck had broken down and was parked on the flyover. The driver of a tempo coming from behind failed to see that the truck was parked and rammed it from behind, killing one of the passengers and injuring at least three persons," a police officer said.
