Obscene messages sent by DC, claims EDMC councillor

NEW DELHI: An East Delhi Municipal Corporation councillor on Sunday filed a complaint with Shahdara district police claiming that obscene messages were sent in a WhatsApp group by the deputy commissioner (DC) of the civic body. Police sources said they have received the complaint at Anand Vihar police station and are probing the entire incident. The councillor, in her complaint, stated that the WhatsApp group was made by DC for work related to EDMC, where obscene messages were forwarded by him.
