NTPC Dadri undertakes cleanliness drive

The Swachhta Pakhwada observed at the NTPC Power Station at Dadri concluded on Saturday, with series of activities including a cleanliness drives being organised at the power station premises and nearby areas, schools and villages during the fortnight.
As part of CSR activities, the drive was kicked off under the 'Gramin Swachhta Abhiyan' at Dadri Tehsil premises, where Dadri SDM Amit Kumar Singh, NTPC senior manager (CSR) Kanhaiya Lal and CISF officials Hemendra Singh and J K Gupta were present, among other officials. They urged people to adopt hygiene at their homes and work places.
The drive was organised in the offices, administrative buildings and schools in nearby villages, with several school children taking part.
