Noida Authority issues OC to 7 residential towers

The Noida Authority, on Thursday issued occupancy certificate (OC) to seven residential towers in three different projects of Jaypee Builder's group. The move will provide respite to 992 home buyers who have been facing several hardships due to delay in possession of their flats.
"The Occupancy Certificate has been issued for five towers in Jaypee Aman housing project which holds 654 dwelling units. Jaypee Cosmos and Jaypee Classic housing project will get OC for their two towers each holding 338 units," said a senior authority official. The decision was taken in a meeting held by chief executive officer (CEO) of the Noida authority, Amit Mohan
Prasad with other senior officials from Noida authority on Thursday. Several other measures were undertaken by the authority in the residential, sanitation and realty sector in the city.
Addressing the press, Prasad told reporters that the authority will undertake a cleanliness and sanitation drive in all the sectors and villages of Noida. "A cleanliness and sanitation drive will be undertaken by the authority which will begin from 14th of July. Around three sectors and a village will be cleaned daily by the workers which will be monitored by a senior authority official. We will also work on cleaning the drains, roads and other areas of these sectors and villages," he said.
Apart from these, the authority had also come up with small plot scheme for the industrial and the transport sector in the city. "With an aim to boost small industries in the city, the authority is also planning to launch small industrial plots in Sector 155, Noida in the first week of August. The plots will range from the sizes 450 sqm to 5 acres. Also small plots of around 150 sqm will also be launched for the transporters to set up their offices," said Prasad.
