No other govt worked for rural Delhi like ours: Kejriwal

NEW DELHI: Days ahead of the August 23 by-election in Bawana, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday claimed that no other government has worked for rural Delhi the way his government has.
At a rally in Bawana, Kejriwal listed out the measures initiated by his government in the last two-and-a-half years for rural Delhi. While Ved Prakash is contesting on a BJP Ticket, the AAP has fielded Ramchndran and the Congress fielded three times winners Surender Kumar.
Kejriwal said he specifically appointed Kailash Gahlot as Transport minister so that the issues related to rural areas could be addressed more efficiently. Gahlot represents the Najafgarh constituency.
