No arrests yet in Pul Prahladpur murder

Two days after the dead body of a nine-year-old boy was found in Pul Prahladpur area of south east Delhi, the cops are yet to make any arrests, though they are working on some leads as the boy's body had a puncture wound on his neck.
According to police, the boy died because of the punture wound on his neck.
"Though we are yet to receive the post mortem report but the probable cause of death seems to be the punture wound on the child's neck," said DCP South East Romil Baaniya.
The nature of the injuries on the body of the boy has led the boy's family to allege that an object like a screw driver or an ice-prick was used to kill him.
Though the cops are still to make any concrete headway but sources said that the cops are working on certain leads that they have aquired after investigation in the neighbourhood of the boy's house.
"We have certain leads and have rounded up some people. We are sure we could crack the case soon. The CCTV footages from the adjoining areas were also examined," said a police officer.
Sources said that the police were questioning some juveniles in connection of the brutal murder.
According to his family, the boy had left his home to play with his friends on Tuesday afternoon. As it began raining soon after, his parents thought he must have been stuck somewhere but he did not return home.
When a considerable amount has passed, the boy's family grew suspicious and they along with their neighbours started searching for him in the area.
They also alerted the police when they could not trace him.
The boy's body was finally found around 10.30 pm in a park, less than 500 metres from his home.
A passerby had spotted the body and had alerted the neighbours.
