Nine persons were arrested and a case under Sections 3 and 4 of the Delhi Public Gambling Act was registered at Krishna Nagar police station," said Prasad.
During interrogation of Manocha, it was found that the owner of the parlour is Manish Chhabra, who is absconding.
"Manocha disclosed that he worked as a caretaker of the snooker parlour. He further disclosed that Manish Chhabra is the owner. They used to charge Rs 500 for gambling and 10 per cent commission from the person who won the bet," Prasad said.
