Some of the areas where it has been built are Railway station, Rajiv Chowk, IFFCO Chowk, Bhim Nagar.
In Bhim Nagar accommodation, the capacity is being made to accommodate more than 100 people who do not have shelters.
Besides catering to beggars there are large numbers of construction workers that are homeless.
Owing to large number of construction activities that are happening in the city, there are lakhs of construction workers and labourers who are working in the city.
Some of the people who are not provided accommodations are forced to live in open. To tackle the challenges, there are also plans to take the help of various corporate companies and non government organisations in this initiative.
