Marathon on 157th Income Tax Day in Noida

On the Eve of 157th Income Tax day, the Income Tax Department of Gautam Buddh Nagar organised a Marathon "Run for Nation".
The event was aimed to make people aware that their tax returns are aimed at nation building.
The programme was organised near Jaypee Hospital in Sector 128 on Monday morning.
Around 700 people, including the residents and taxpayers, took part in the Marathon which was conducted from 6 am to 9 am.
Chief Commissioner of Income Tax Rajni Kant Gupta flagged off the Marathon in the morning. The Marathon was organised in three categories - 10 km, 5 km and 3 km.
The people were informed about the e-fillings of the returns at http://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and other facilities provided by the department, along with Income Tax department's mobile application and Aaykar Setu.
