Man shot dead in Seemapuri

NEW DELHI: A 34-year-old man was shot dead by unidentified assailants outside his resident in Shahdara district's New Seemapuri area on Thursday Night. No arresting has been made so for. The motive behind murder is said to be either robbery or person enmity. The deceased has been identified as Wakil Ahmed(34), a resident of New Seemapuri. He worked with a private company in Delhi.

The incident was reported around 8 pm when he was returning home after his duty. As he reached nearby around his residence, the unidentified armed assailants overtook him at gunpoint and opened fire on him. He collapsed on the road. The passerby found the deceased in a pool of blood with bullets injuries. They rushed the injured to nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead.
