Man kills self, wishes to donate body

New Delhi: A person committed suicide after he jumped from a building in GTB Nagar area of Shahdara district. Police claimed that they have found a suicide in which the deceased have wished that his body should be donated to others.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Shahdara) Nupur Prasad stated that on Monday around 7 pm, a PCR call was received about a suicide. On enquiry, it was found that the deceased is 24-25 years of age. The building from which he jumped off was of Gyane and child care.

"On the top of the building at 7th floor, a bag was found containing a suicide note stating he is suffering from some ailment because of which he gets unbearable pain in head and wished that his body should be donated to others. He is not yet identified," said the DCP.
