Man held for molesting daughter

New Delhi: A man was arrested for molesting his daughter in South East Delhi. Police claimed that the victim was the four-year-old girl and after knowing about the incident the mother went to the police station to report the matter.
According to police on November at one of the police station in South East Delhi, a woman informed police about the allegation of molestation with her daughter age 4 years by the father of the girl (husband of the complainant).Police claimed that the victim was sent for medical examination with her mother where her mother did not allow for the internal examination of the girl. Hence on the statement of Laxmi, a case u/s 354/354 A IPC and 10 POCSO act was registered and the accused was arrested and sent to judicial custody after his medical examination. In North East Delhi's Khajuri Khas area a PCR call was received by police where a child had alleged that he was beaten up by the teacher with a pipe.
