Man dies after losing control of car in Alipur

NEW DELHI: A man died in an accident after his Honda City car fell in a pit after hitting a divider in Alipur at around 12:30 am on Tuesday. The accident took place at NH-1.
The man identified as Lalit, a resident of south Delhi, died on the spot because of the nature of injuries he suffered.
His body has to be pulled out of the car. However, the man with whom he was traveling was found missing from the car. The victim was going from Tikri to south Delhi but his car lost control and ran over a divider before falling into a pit. The sources say that the man was drunk at the time of the accident. It is said that he visited his relatives place before returning in his car.
As the police was informed the cops reached the spot and tried hard to take the body of the victim out of the car. The cops are now investigating the case.
