Man caught with pistol in Metro station

On Sunday, a 42-year-old man was arrested for allegedly carrying a country-made pistol with two live Cartridges in the Jasola Metro station.
The accused commuter identified as Ramesh Kumar Das is a resident of Badarpur.
According to CISF, around 2 pm, the official at the X-ray scanner detected something suspicious in Das' bag and asked him to stop for a proper search.
Following the high alert over the jat agitation, Delhi Police's Special Cell and other intelligence agencies were alerted about the incident. Following this, Das was detained for joint interrogation.
