Man, 3-yr-old niece fall from Badarpur flyover
NEW DELHI: In a suspected hit and run case a 33-year-old man and his 3-year-old niece have fallen from Badarpur flyover after they were allegedly hit by a vehicle on Thursday evening.
The incident happened at around 7 pm. The passerby made a PCR call when they saw the two persons landing on the street from the flyover along with their bike.
"On reaching spot, it was learnt that one person and a girl fall down from flyover who have already been taken to unknown hospital by public person."
"On further enquiry one Bullet motor vehicle found in accidental condition on Badarpur flyover on the carriage way towards Faridabad," said DCP South East Chinmoy Biswal.
The inured have been identified as Mohan and his Deepti, a resident of Inderpuri.
Both have been admitted to Apollo hospital where their condition is said to be
"Statement of injured is being taken and action shall be taken accordingly," the officer said. Police has informed the family of te injured persons and have fomred several teams to investigate this case.
The cops are also trying to find anyone who has seen the accident which would lead the cop to the actual cause of this accident.
