Major rejig in Delhi Police
NEW DELHI: The Delhi Police has undergone a major reshuffle after some officers were transferred out of Delhi. According to the new order, Robin Hibu (1993 batch IPS) officer would be the new Special CP of Armed Forces. He has been promoted from Joint CP Rashtrapati Bhawan.
Neeraj Thakur, 1994 batch IPS officer, has joined as Special Cell Joint Commissioner of Police. He has joined after Mizoram posting.
Manish Kumar Agrawal, 1996 batch IPS officer, has been moved from Joint CP, PM Security, to Joint CP, Northern range.
Anand Mohan, IPS officer AGMUT 1994 batch has already been appointed as Joint CP ( NDR) in Delhi Police. On repatriation from deputation Shivaji Sinha, 2001 batch IPS officer has joined as Joint CP Security ( PM).
Additional CP licensing Prabhakar, 2001 batch IPS officer has joined as Joint CP Licencing on promotion. DCP Trafic Veenu Bansal on promotion has joined as Additional CP traffic on promotion.
The DCP (PCR) S.D Mishra has been given the charge of DCP Rohini.
On repatriation from deputation Deepak Purohit has been assigned the responsibility of DCP ( PCR ).
Jasmeet Singh, IPS 2009 batch has been made the DCP East. Jasmeet has been the Additional DCP in the same district.
Gaurav Sharma, 2009 batch IPS officer, has been assigned the responsibility of DCP Outer North District. Sharma was Additional DCP in Rohini district. Vijayantha Arya, 2009 batch IPS officer, will be the new DCP North-West district. She was serving as Additional DCP South district. On transfer from Mizoram, Bijender Kumar Yadav has been moved as DCP Security.
Ghanshyam Bansal, Additional DCP South East district has been moved to Outer North district as Additional DCP.
Parvinder Singh will be taking the charge as Additional DCP 1 in South District. He has been upgraded from Addiotional DCP 2 in the same district. Kumar Gyanesh Additional DCP 2 New Delhi district has also been upgraded to DCP 1 in the same district.
Ak Lal, Additional DCP 2 in North West district has been moved to East district as Additional DCP 1.
