Kenyan woman found murdered
NEW DELHI: A 35-year-old Kenyan woman was found murdered at her residence in South Delhi's Mehrauli on Monday night. She had stab wounds on her chest. Soon, the Delhi Police was informed and she was rushed to the hospital where she was declared brought dead. She has been identified as Annsam.
A relative of the deceased has called the police. Police are now questioning the other foreigners residing in the building if they have some clue about the murder. It is said that many other Kenyan women are residing in the building.
According to the police, she was staying in India for the past 8 to 10 months. A deep knife stab wound is seen on her chest. The cops are questioning the relative of the deceased to know if she was under threat from someone.
The residents of the building are also being questioned if they have seen any suspect in the building. The call records of the woman are also being examined. The Kenyan embassy has been informed and the body has been sent for the postmortem.
