Kejriwal inaugurates work for laying sewer line in Deoli
NEW DELHI: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday described the Pulwama terror attack as an assault on the nation and said it was time that Pakistan be given a strong reply. Before addressing rally in Tigri colony, Kejriwal was here to pay tributes to the CRPF personnel who lost their lives in the terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district.
Kejriwal on Sunday inaugurated the work of laying of sewer line there. The inauguration was also attended by the Prakash Jarwal, MLA, Shalabh Kumar, CE (south), DJB and other senior officers of Delhi Jal Board.
The completion of the project will come as a boost to the residents of the area who face major sanitation crisis for last many years. This will also help in abatement of pollution in River Yamuna. Once completed, this project will cater to two lakhs residents of the area. "In the last four years, our government have focused on health, education and infrastructure developments," said the Chief Minister.
