Indian U-19 cricketer Manjot Kalra meets CM

NEW DELHI: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday met India Under-19 cricketer Manjot Kalra and congratulated him for India's victory at the ICC World Cup finals against Australia.
Accompanied by his family, Kalra called upon the Chief Minister at Delhi Secretariat.
"We all are very proud of you. Not only Delhi, but the entire nation is looking forward to your career ahead. The Delhi government is always there for any kind of assistance, you can come to us anytime for any help required. Delhi Government will felicitate the young cricketer soon," the Chief Minister told the young cricketer.
Kalra had scored a century in the finals of the under-19 World Cup and was declared the man of the match.
Entrepreneur and Hotmail founder Sabeer Bhatia also met the CM on Monday, sharing several technological initiatives with him.
The two discussed the best practices in technology being used throughout the world.
During the meeting, it was decided that Bhatia will present a detailed presentation on the use of technology in governance to the Delhi Cabinet and senior bureaucrats on Thursday at the Delhi Secretariat.
Bhatia said that technology can be used in emergency situations, as well as day to day functioning of departments.
