NEW DELHI: As part of the last phases of campaign in Delhi, CM and AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Monday held two roadshows one for North East Delhi candidate Dilip Pandey and othre for South Delhi candidate Raghav Chadha. "In Delhi, three parties are fighting the election but if you want to defeat the BJP then you should only vote for AAP," said the Chief Minister.
In South Delhi, the AAP chief talked about the works done by the AAP government. He focused on the issue of full-statehood and connected the demand with the issues of higher education, women safety, lands and also employment.
In the last phase of the campaigns, the AAP made a full strength effort to reach out to the voters of Delhi. Famed Bollywood actor, known as much for her political opinions as she is for her acting chops, Swara Bhaskar will join the campaign trail on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, AAP on Monday also attacked the BJP over the issue of sealing. "When sealing began towards the end of 2017, the traders organisations, including those which were pro-BJP and even us, all had a similar opinion that sealing could only be stopped if the Modi government got a law passed in parliament or else it brought an ordinance to get over this problem," said AAP's chief spokesperson Saurav Bharadwaj.
