Hairstylist indulges in unnatural sex with 2, gets killed by them

A hairstylist in Vivek Vihar area was attacked with brick pieces and stabbed with a screw driver after he and his attackers had unnatural sex in Surajmal Park in Shahdara district area. The victim, identified as Jagbir, died due to the brutal assault on Friday. The police have arrested the two accused who were involved in the murder.

According to a senior police official, the incident came to the fore on Friday, when the police had received a PCR call informing them about a man lying unconscious in Surajmal Park and bleeding from his neck.

"We had received the call at around 6.40 pm. When the team reached the spot, they found a man in his late 20s lying with blood oozing out of his neck and forehead. His face was covered with blood and dust," a senior police official said. After registering a case at Vivek Vihar police station, the investigation commenced as the police tried to ascertain his identity. After his identification was complete, his family was contacted and the body was handed over to them after the post-mortem.

"We had started to question his family and close friends. His family informed us that he had left for work and did not return. We later also managed to contact his co-workers at the beauty parlour he worked in and eventually managed to zero in on the suspects," the official added. The two men involved in the murder were identified as — Arshad (21) and Taalib (19) — both residents of Ghaziabad. The police formed a team and raided several possible hideouts. After numerous raids, the police finally managed to apprehend the two of them 12 hours after the commission of crime.

The two accused had confessed to their involvement and disclosed that they had come in contact with the victim a few months ago through a common friend.

On the day of the incident, the two men took Jagbir to Surajmal Park and indulged in unnatural sex. After the act, the two accused started to take away his belongings including his wallet and scooty and when he objected to it, a fight ensued and he was attacked with brick pieces lying around and delivered the killing blow with a screw driver.
