Ghaziabad builder commits suicide

Ghaziabad: A builder committed suicide by shooting himself in the head with a licensed revolver in Ghaziabad city of Uttar Pradesh, police said on Monday.
Sanjay Singhal, 48, shot himself at his Shastri Nagar residence after he was dropped home around Sunday midnight by his driver.
His wife rushed to his room after hearing the gunshot, and rushed him to nearby Sarvodaya Hospital where he was declared brought dead.
The body has been sent to a mortuary and the revolver seized, police said.
A case of suicide has been registered and investigation initiated as to the circumstances in which he committed suicide, Inspector Neeraj Singh of Kavi Nagar police station said.
