GGSIU holds Alumni meet

New Delhi: Around two hundred alumni of various programmes of University School of Management Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University actively participated in Annual Alumni Meet 'Smriti 2019' at its Dwarka campus on Sunday. Professor Neena Sinha, Dean of this school welcomed the alumni and praised their valuable contribution and fame to the University. She said that alumni are the brand ambassadors of the varsity. "I strongly realise that how a strong and positive relationship with their alumni can benefit the institution socially, culturally, academically and professionally," she added.

In a bid to encourage the contribution of the alumni, the school has recently instituted 'Distinguished Alumni Award'. The first Award' was also given today to Puneet Gaur, a 2001 batch alumnus of the school in recognition of his professional accomplishment, contribution to corporate life of the school.
